Refund policy

We take extra care to ensure we check items before their are sent out . But in the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item it can be returned to us. In the case of wigs and hair pieces we do not accept returns unless you receive is faulty. Photography evidence of this will be needed prior to return. Wigs will only be accepted if they are still intact. The tags must still be attached and lace not cut. Exchange will be offered first but if the item is no longer in stock we will offer you a refund. For returns please contact us before sending us the item.
